JESS KRAMER
"You've got ten minutes and then I'm coming up for you. I mean it. You're gonna be late." The blonde called as she rested her hand on the banister of the stairs, eyes scaling upward. Kris wasn't much of a fan of school, he got that from his dad no doubt. But recently it had gotten worse, he seemed to be purposefully making himself late or trying to avoid going all together. Jessica wondered if perhaps he was being bullied, though she doubted it because he was a pretty tough kid when it came to it.
Then again, he could be kind of shy.
She had worried a great deal. Whilst he'd spent the previous week holiday with his father, she'd hoped Riley could get the truth from him. He hadn't in fact, Kris seemed far too preocupied with lurking around the Forsaken PI head quarters to even think about what was going on anywhere else on planet earth. As much as she didn't like the idea, Kris seemed to love that side of things..the paranormal and all that crap. It wasn't for Jessica, she wasn't interested in the slightest.
He'd come back telling her all of these stories and she'd have to call Riley up having a go about taking him out on jobs. Of course, she knew even if he was out with them he was safe because Riley would have never let any harm come to him. Still, she had her fears and Riley knew that. Riley called it bonding, she called it filling his head with crap.
Kris was 17 years old and old enough to make his own mind up, that's what he claimed but Jess thought otherwise. He was her baby, always would be and for that sometimes she was a little over protective. It came with being a mother, her children were her world and so she made sure that they were her top priority. Everything else came second best.
"You know, I might have to go and send you to wake him up at this rate." Jess said gently, as she passed the little brunette sitting at the breakfast table. Scarlet was 6 years old, but quite grown up when it came down to things. She had a good understanding of the things that went on around her, she was also very nosy and liked to repeat most things she heard which was why Jess had to be careful with what she said around her.
She finished up with breakfast when Kris finally surfaced looking half asleep. He sunk down in the seat at the table, he was dressed...barely. Jess watched him for a moment, before heading over and placing his breakfast down in front of him "Rough night?" She asked blowing across the steaming liquid in her mug. It was piping hot, she fanned the rim with her lips before taking a tiny sip.
Scarlett eye balled him as he took a seat. His eyes were bloodshot, obviously due to the fact that he hadn't been sleeping.
Kris shook his head "..I guess. Did you hear that noise last night? I think there's something in the attic..maybe a squirrel..or a bear." He told her, from the sound he'd heard he wouldn't be surprised if it was a bear. Jess eyed him for a moment, raising a brow before slowly looking up toward the ceiling "A bear?...heh, or a serial killer..that's all those scary movies' you've been watching.." she trailed. She had warned him about shoe films, he never listened though.
Jess stopped, gazing over her cup at Scarlet who was now gawking at her. She forced a grin and gently pat her hand "...It's probably nothing, I'm certain it's nothing. Why don't you finish your pancakes?" She beamed slightly, before shooting a regretful face toward Kris.
"Sooo, maybe we'll give your dad a call and he can go up and take a look for us?" She suggested knowing that would certainly instil some peace of mind for Scarlet at the very least. "I'm sure it's nothing.." She mumbled, much to Kris's amusement, shrugging as he poked his fork into the bacon on his plate.
"Heh, maybe he and uncle Nick can come in their ghost buster costumes..." Jessica mocked with a grin. Kris finished chewing the piece of bacon rolling around his mouth before talking again. He knew she was making fun, she always did and it wasn't to be mean but it was still kinda mean. Regardless, he didn't care either way because he thought it was cool and couldn't wait to go on a real live hunt. He just couldn't tell her that.
"..Yeah, It could be a ghost. Maybe I could go and check it out.." He beamed, looking up at the ceiling. God, he'd love that so much. Jessica snorted at him "Ha, my butt you will. The only place you're going is to school..now eat up. I'll drop you on my way to the office." She told him, slipping out of her seat and heading deeper into the kitchen to clean up.
Scarlet remained silent, doodling with one hand whilst her other munched on the bits of pancake she'd lifted from her plate. Kris continued eating and after finishing, stood up from the table. He took his plate and passed by his sisters seat. Stopping he turned and gazed down at her drawing. Kris raised a slight brow at the sight he was faced with. She was drawing dark circles with eyes in them. "..What you drawing?" Kris asked, as he watched her continue to scribble on the paper.
She didn't look at him but replied none the less "Monsters.." Jessica lifted her head up, narrowing her gaze on Scarlet as she spoke. Kris chuckled "There's no such thing as monsters." He assured, then again he couldn't say anything because he'd previously stated otherwise. He sometimes forgot that Scarlet was like a sponge, adsorbing all that was said around her.
Kris pat her on the head and continued toward the counter. Scarlet snorted at him, peering from around the seat and called out "There is to! I seen him.." Right now, Jess was certain she was about to pass out. All this talk of ghosts and ghouls really freaked her out, it was likely the reason she chose not to believe because she didn't fear anything but those things struck fear in her.
"Okay. Time for school." Jess declared, Kris furrowed his brows slightly. She was always so dismissive of these things. He'd have to get answers from Scarlet when she wasn't around. Jess quickly tipped what was left in her mug and began to wash it out, before giving the kitchen a quick clean as the kids grabbed their coats.
Sure enough, they were off and out of the door on the school run. Jess would obviously take into consideration what Scarlet had said but, for this morning she would let it rest. She didn't have a full day at work, in fact she wasn't even supposed to be in but wanted a few updates on a case she'd been working on.
Shortly they arrived at the school where she parked up on the curbside and began to get out. She helped Scarlet from her seat and saw her inside the building, giving her a kiss good bye. She returned to the vehicle where Kris was waiting, he gave her that look and she knew what was coming. "You should tell dad." The young man declared. Jess sighed "Tell him what? that you're sister has a vivid imagination and likes to draw 'monsters'. She's just a kid, you were the same. Like you said, there's no such thing as monsters.." The blonde replied gently, she knew it was a touchy subject for him because he was so invested into Riley's work. She didn't like it, not one bit but what could she do?
He continued to give her the look and eventually she caved. Jess sighed again "Okay, fine..I will talk to him and tell him about it. Don't worry. Now go on, you're gonna be late." She urged giving him a quick pat on the back. He wasn't one for kissing and hugging his mother in public and was most days happy to have her parked round the corner. Jess watched him go inside, still fairly worried about him...she hoped everything was okay.
Jess had assured him she'd take care of it and she would, after she headed to the office. Unfortunately, Jess had piss poor luck and on the way to work her car decided to play up. Jess found herself having to go to the garage. Oddly enough, Kris had wanted her to speak to his dad and the next place she'd been compelled to go to was the garage he owned. If that wasn't a clear sign to handle this first, she didn't know what was. Jess didn't naturally believe in that stuff, signs and such things but this was hard to ignore..plus her car wasn't going to get far.
She came to the garage, looking for the car to be repaired. She wasn't banking on Coop being there. He lived in Washington and a bunch of friends owned this place. He could have been there, which meant she wouldn't have to call him up and explain the problem though she knew he'd probably be a little smug about her talking monsters with him.
Jess arrived at the garage, parking the car out front and slowly emerged from the vehicle. She took a quick look around, the sound of music coming from inside. The blonde began to head inside, in search for anyone that could take a look at her car.

Coop honestly couldn't remember the last time that he was actually at this place. He actually missed it. It was not the other work he did that bothered him, if anything, he highly enjoyed it. It was a blast for him; there was nothing that he enjoyed more than taking out a nest of vampires or a hunting down a rogue werewolf. Coop found great joy in his chosen profession; it was the city that tended to get on his nerves from time to time.
Back before Coop knew about those things that go bump in the night, he never saw himself ever living on the east coast of the country. He never saw himself actually fitting in anywhere on the east side of things considering the fact that he's pretty damn close to your stereotypical Texan. He hates the majority of popular music, listening only to the music that his mother and grandparents listened to. Coop was a beer drinking, meat eating, skoal dipping kind of guy and that kind of guy just didn't really fit in the Nation's Capital.
He also felt like he was being pulled in a number of different directions. Jess and the kids lived on the other side of the country, that was something he was not to fond of. Coop wanted to be close to his kids, close to Jess even though he felt that it was indeed over and done with between the two of them. She married some dipshit assclown who's name Coop ever refused to say; in fact, Coop doesn't even remember what the guy's name was. For all he knows, it was either dipshit, assclown, douche nozzle or whatever other insult Coop could think of.
However, two men that have become brothers to him needed his help . . . at least Sam anyways. Nick was fully capable of handling things himself, but Nick did mention that from time to time that Coop came in handy. While nobody really pulled at Coop to hard, telling where he should be, it still felt like he was being pulled in all these different directions. A part of him wanted to be close to his kids and hopefully start things back up with Jess, but the other part of him didn't want to leave Nick and Sam behind holding their units.
Which is why Coop was all over the place on a consistent basis. He spent the majority of his time in D.C. while still heading out to the sunny beaches of Los Angeles to see his kids and every so often going back home to Texas for just the flat out hell of it. This time, however, Coop found himself in his auto shop. It was familiar, yet strange to him every single time he was here. He knew where everything was, but the faces changed from time to time. He place looked the same but it never smelled the same and that's saying something when it's an auto shop that were talking about here. He couldn't quite place the smell, but he certainly wasn't too keen on whatever it was.
"New rule . . . no shitting your pants on your shift," Coop said out loud to his mechanics. Even though he was no longer a part of the day to day operations of Coop's Repairs, he still owned the damn place; if he decreed that shitting your pants on your shift was a hell worthy trip, so be it.
His new rule was met with laughter with a few of them lifting their arms so see if stink that coop was referring to was coming from them. Coop never really got the chance to do much about the smell or of anything really before he spotted the mother of his children.
"You'll have to deal with the smell, Jess . . . somebody around here felt that showering was just not the way to start your day."

JESS KRAMER
Jessica had a busy day ahead of her it seemed, though in all honesty she could have probably done it all whilst staying at home. She had a couple of phone calls to make here and there, a few emails perhaps but had opted to do it in person. She had found herself recently doing anything to keep herself busy, even on her days off. Because, aside from the kids Jessica really had nothing much else to do. She worked most week days and the weekend the kids often went to see their father or he'd come and visit them and she'd be alone.
Truth be told, she didn't have to be alone their had been various times when Coop had come to pick the kids up and they'd asked her to go out and do whatever it was they did, she'd always say she had stuff to do and that was mostly because she didn't want to the kids knowing that her life only really consisted of them and her work. Jess was pretty darn tough, she always wore a brave face for her kids and had far too much pride to sit feeling sorry for herself. Being busy was what kept her from going insane.
It was funny because most of her friends were single mothers, out of relationships and had children but never got along with their fathers after the break up. Jess would sit around listening to them bitching and whining about her ex and she couldn't fault Coop. Michael on the other hand, was a lying, cheating and now seemingly robbing piece of shit. Jess knew that she had ultimately gone with Michael for the pure fact that she was afraid to be alone and he was, in some light, the rebound.
Coop was a fantastic father even whilst living miles and miles away, he was there for his kids and never failed to show up. He never broke promises, always ensuring to never make those he knew he couldn't keep. He juggled so much and she admired him for that. Jess would never really have any ill thoughts or feelings toward him because they had parted ways on relatively good terms. Though, she had to admit sometimes she had asked herself what if she'd been more accepting of his choices.
She wasn't a bad person and back then she was grieving and having to deal with a lot so evidently she would have made a decision that seemed best. However, over the years Jessica had understood that maybe the decision she had made herself had been the wrong one and now with the bullshit concerning Michael, it made her realise that she had been lucky with Coop and somewhat of an idiot to let what they had slip through her fingers.
It was weird because it had taken a big mistake for her to realise that the previous changes she'd made may not have been necessary. After all, Coop may have worked in a job she didn't quite agree with or understand but even so, his job didn't define him and it certainly didn't change him. Coop was the same through and through, which probably was the biggest reason for her wondering about her own choices. Somehow, she felt that the job would have changed him or changed them, but it didn't change anything.
Even though they weren't together anymore and hadn't been for a while, she hadn't ever stopped caring about him or worrying over his well being. She still loved him, always would. It seemed that Michael knew this all along and stated that it was part of the reason he'd been so easily led astray, though she couldn't disagree in terms of where her heart was it was still no excuse for him being such a god damn skeeze.
When Jess arrived at the garage with an unexpected car malfunction, the last person she had expected to see was Coop. It was strange considering this was his place, but owning it and running it were two different things. He had a good team around him here to hold the fort and did swing by from time to time. Upon arriving she left the car outside and slowly headed in. It didn't take long for her to follow the sound of a familiar voice. "New rule . . . no shitting your pants on your shift," She stifled a laugh as she slowly and quietly approached. He always did have a way with words.
The smell was a little funky, she'd agree with that and for the most part she really didn't care for knowing what had created the smell. She bore it for the time being, hopefully whatever work needed being done on her car could be done outside in the nice, none stinky, fresh air. Jess stopped a little away from them, giving them whatever privacy and space they needed to work in. She waited for Riley to finish what he was saying and once he'd clocked sight of her, she simply offered a grin.
"You'll have to deal with the smell, Jess . . . somebody around here felt that showering was just not the way to start your day." Jess chuckled slightly taking a step forward. The blonde smirked "I'm confident that I'll find a way to manage it somehow. Besides, I'm pretty sure i've put up with worse smells, that you've made all by yourself.." The blonde joked at him. She waited for the group of men to clear before continuing on. "Well, this is a surprise. I didn't expect to see you here. It's a good surprise though. Had I known you'd be here I'd have taken the kids in late.." Jessica added gently.
It was nice to see him, strange also, considering she needed to talk to him and all. Well, here she could kill two birds with one stone. She was certain that what it was she needed to say would probably be surprising to him. Jess had spent so much time avoiding the topic of the supernatural and yet here she was, urged by Kris, to talk to him about the strange goings on in the house and with Scarlet. She felt silly having to speak about it but it was what Kris wanted and god forbid something happened and she hadn't bought it up, she'd have never forgiven herself.
"I actually needed to talk to you about something. But um, could you maybe look at my car first?" She asked hopefully. If anyone could sort that pile of shit out it was him and Coop knew her, she was ridiculous when it came to cars..like most women. The blonde gestured toward the car that was parked outside and slowly began to walk toward it with him "So, how's things?" Jess asked curiously.

When it came to separated couples with kids, the majority of them greatly disliked each other. You could even go as far to say as they downright hated one another and that can mostly be attributed to the fact that they were married to one another with someone being unfaithful. Or maybe they just got married for the wrong reasons, who the fuck knows. The only thing that Coop knew was that neither he nor Jess held any ill will towards one another.
However, it would be a lie if Coop said that it didn't sting a little bit when Jess married ol' whats-his-nuts, which thank god didn't last long much at all. When Jess discovered about all of that guy's indiscretions, she didn't leave much of an ass for Coop to really kick, so Coop left it alone. He knew that if he had been around or ever bothered to asked that question that things would be a lot different. He and Jess would be waking up in the same bed together, living a nice quite life with their kids and Coop would have a nice job of hunting down the monsters that did live in their son's closet and underneath their daughter's bed.
"My unique smells is what drew you to me, Jess," Coop said with a slight smirk. Coop spotted some new faces when he came into the shop and spotted a number of really old ones, which let Coop know that the new guys where up to speed on some things. The vets of Coop's Repairs knew that whenever Jess came around and Coop happened to be their, privacy was wanted. All the men knew of the relationship between Coop and Jess so when those two were in the same room, the rest usually cleared out. Appearances like that would suggest that Coop and Jess fought constantly, but that was far from the truth. Coop and Jess liked their privacy because their conversations usually consisted of subject matter that only they needed to hear.
"Nah, don't worry about it," Coop shrugged off. "I'm here for a bit, so I can see the kids when they get out of school. Besides, Kris needs to get his ass in gear before I kick his ass," Coop and Kris had spent some time together doing things that Jess wasn't a fan of. A lot of it was spent with Coop telling Kris that he needs to focus on school and to quit stop being a dumbass.
"What's wrong with it?" Coop asked. He did pay much attention to the first part; if it was something serious they would have sorted it out before her vehicle was ever mentioned. Coop popped the hood himself, it saved time because Jess could barely figure out how to put the key in the ignition half the time. Which when it donned on him that Jess was also horrible at answering the question of 'What's wrong with it?"
"What did it do and what sound did it make?" That should make things a little easier.

JESS KRAMER
It was funny how quick the boys scattered. It was always the same here, whenever she came around they'd disappear off back to work regardless of whether anything needed to be done. If she didn't know Coop as well as she did, she'd have assumed they all thought she was some evil bitch of sorts. However, bitching wasn't Coops style and when it came to her, he was on the same boat as she was with him. They really didn't have anything bad to say about each other and if they did they'd say it t each others faces. No, these guys respected Riley enough to give him his privacy without any questions asked.
"My unique smells is what drew you to me, Jess," Riley smirked, she grinned at him. "Well, it definitely wasn't your jokes.." The blonde remarked back. She could never really pick out one thing that drew her to him, it was everything though probably not the smells those she just learned to deal with especially after a hard days graft. He'd come through the front door and she'd be waiting towel in hand to march him straight up the stairs.
Had she known he'd have been here she'd have bought the kids to see him. They didn't see him as much as they wanted to, they made it work but it still had it's difficulties. She knew Riley hated being far away from them and she wished there was something she could do. Of course, Jess had considered moving to Washington for the kids and him. It was funny because she had been so willing, it wasn't until her friend questioned her reasons that she realised their was a little more to it then just the kids and most of it was to do with Riley.
"I'm here for a bit, so I can see the kids when they get out of school. Besides, Kris needs to get his ass in gear before I kick his ass," Coop said. Jessica knew that feeling all too much. The blonde nodded slightly "Okay, great. Um, well maybe you could come by for dinner? If you don't have plans?.." She suggested. He was here and it would be nice for the kids to come home and be surprised that he was there waiting. They hadn't sat down and had dinner together for a very, very long time but even so the idea of it wasn't strange.
"He's been acting a little off, more then usual and you know what it's like trying to get answers from him. It's like trying to get blood out of a stone." She stated, the blonde figured he got that from her. Jess she wasn't good at talking about her feelings or sitting down and getting things off of her chest. She was somewhat hard headed in that sense, which is partly why she butt heads so much with her brothers.
Funnily enough, Riley seemed to deal with that side of her just fine, back then and even still now he was able to reason with her better then anyone. "What's wrong with it?" He asked, regarding the car. Jessica walked alongside him toward the car. The blonde shrugged, offering another smile "Um..If I knew that I wouldn't be here.." she replied softly, clearly without a clue. Jessica knew jack shit about cars, Riley also knew this which was why he quickly jumped to the next question.
They stopped at the car, he popped the hood. "What did it do and what sound did it make?" Coop asked her. Her eyes widened slightly, her mouth falling agape some. She was silent for a moment as she thought about how to answer. "..You...want me to make the noises?" She asked curiously, she wasn't sure how else to go about it..she couldn't describe the noises because she didn't know how to so instead she opted to make them.
Jess stifled a laugh. Releasing a sigh she began to make these really strange crackling, rumbling noises. Alongside making the noises she scrunched her face up to emphasise the sounds and was pretty certain she not only looked a complete and utter dick but sounded like one to. If all else failed and those sounds just weren't good enough to recognise, at least he'd get a good laugh out of it. The blonde finished with a small, almost coy popping sound before and embarrassed smile flourished her lips.
Jess rubbed the back of her neck awkwardly, letting her eyes drift some before she turned back to look at him. "..That's pretty much it in a nutshell.." The blonde informed him. There had been no smoke, just a whole lot of noise. She wasn't sure of how much help she had been, but that was all she had.

"Well, now I clearly remember making you laugh so hard that you've pissed yourself on a number of occasions," Coop rebutted. Jess and Coop could go on like this for hours, maybe even days if no one ever stopped them. They always did this back-and-forth in jest whenever they were around each other. It either made them look adorable to others or they just simply demanded that Coop and Jess get a room.
"As long as you're not cooking, I'll be there," Coop said with a big shit eating grin on his face. It would be nice to sit down at a table, eat dinner with his kids and a woman that he still clearly loves and cares for with every fiber of his being. They may have gone their separate ways with Coop having a serious girlfriend or two and Jess actually tying the knot at one point but they will never stop caring for one another.
"But yeah . . . of course I'll be there. Wouldn't miss it," Coop said as he began randomly fiddling with her car. He did the usual, mostly because Jess never knew how to check the usual. All the fluids were fine with no leaks and nothing was smoking. He had asked her to make the noises and asking what it did but all she did was make herself look like a goof. Coop just blankly stared at her, doing his best not to laugh hysterically in her face.
"So, based on the noise you just made it sounds like your car just ate a candy bar or something," Coop smiled. The next best thing that Coop could do was fire it up, and he did so promptly. It barely took a second for Coop to recognize the problem. "You're lucky, I can fix it quick. So, what did you need to talk to me about?" Coop asked as he went about fixing her PCV valve

JESS KRAMER
"Well, now I clearly remember making you laugh so hard that you've pissed yourself on a number of occasions," Coop remarked back at her, causing the blonde to strangely enough flush a little. Jess chuckled lightly, gently shaking her head some as if mentally wanting to punch him in the testicles. She smirked some "..In my defence, having children does sometimes take it's toll on your bladder, which...fyi..is no longer a problem for me anymore. So, i'd appreciate if we kept that story along with the plastic covered couches to ourselves...thankyou." The fiery blonde smiled. Jess and Coop were always at it, the back and forth games that often asked for barely any effort as if the other had a comeback waiting ready. Of course, this kind of behaviour always prompted raised brows because the two appeared to be like kids, flirting at best despite neither of them really realising it at the time. It was just something natural that they'd always done.
"As long as you're not cooking, I'll be there," He grinned that grin of his. Jess couldn't help but smirk, her eyes lighting up like a Christmas tree as she gazed upon him. She always had that glimmer in her eye when he was around, despite not being together anymore..it was evident that their was still a flame burning somewhere, regardless of neither of them either a) admitting it and b) playing on it..it was there, undoubtedly. The blonde faux gasped, placing a hand over her heart as if he'd ripped it out "..Ouch..Rude. " She remarked quietly, lowering her hand once more "...Even you cannot deny that my cooking is by far best you've ever had. Don't think i've forgotten how you'd gauge yourself on home made cobbler." Reminiscing about old times was always something fond for her, she couldn't recall them having any major bad times just..differences that couldn't be mended at the time. Years had past, both of them had grown...it often made her wonder what if she'd had the head back then that she had now.
"But yeah . . . of course I'll be there. Wouldn't miss it," He said as he began fiddling with the car. The blonde watched him, grinning slightly from ear to ear. She didn't say anything, simply watching as he went about his work on the car. Coop was the go to guy, he knew everything about cars, a real petrol head as it went and Jess well..she could just about shift a gear.
She could tell he was getting shits and giggles from this after prompting her to make the sound in which her car had previously done so, the look on his face afterwards was sheer priceless. After her performance was done with, facial expressions and hand gestures included...Coop stared blankly at her. She could tell off the bat that he was trying his hardest not to burst out into fits of laughter, which caused her to give a somewhat rigid grin in response.
"So, based on the noise you just made it sounds like your car just ate a candy bar or something," Coop smiled. Jess simply grinned at him, rolling her eyes slightly before speaking once again "..Don't make fun. So, you're gonna fix it, right?" She asked tilting her head, eyes continuing to beam against him. "You're lucky, I can fix it quick. So, what did you need to talk to me about?" She'd never doubt him, Coop was like the king of cars he knew his shit and that's why Jess would have only really let him take care of it. That and it was a frequent excuse to see him, no doubt.
Jess smiled once more, this time a little awkwardly compared to the previous beamer. The blonde wasn't entirely sure how to tackle this subject..then again, this was Coop..it should have been easy. Sighing, she leant a little against the side of the vehicle considering her words carefully. "..It's Kris...well..Scarlet actually. He's worried about her. I don't see the need really, but...well...you know Kris and his..imagination.." She trailed, Kris liked to conjure up a lot of ideas and that was down to the nature of Coops job. Kris admired him, aspired to be him it'd seem and that often led him to blow things out of the water.
She cleared her throat, turning to face him again as she stepped forward taking position beside him "She's been drawing...things, she says they're monsters. I've been in her room a few times and she's been..talking to herself, mumbling..and then there's this sound in the attic...Kris kinda put all the pieces together, made up his own conclusion...I said I'd mention it to you...I don't know if that even means anything to you or..to be honest, I don't expect it to..it's nothing. But, he was adamant that I speak to you so...I did." If ever their was a sceptic it was Jess and so clearly she still struggled to even comprehend the chances of this being anything more then logically explained.
It wasn't that she didn't believe, well maybe it was on some level though she had to on another because Coop believed and she knew that he wasn't some kind of idiot. Truth be told, her disbelief was purely out of fear, the fear of the unknown and things she didn't wish to know about. Jess could handle herself, she could take on bad guys everyday as an occupation but..the supernatural? how did anyone really face that?...she couldn't get her head around it.
