"These fuckin' places," Lucifer scoffed. He stood in front of a Christian church, although none of them really seemed different from one another. Everyone that went to these things bowed to his father and curse Lucifer. That was something that the Devil loathed; if they should bow to anyone, it should be him. Lucifer hated humans for not bowing to god, but hated them when they did; the mark of a true narcissist. If Lucifer wasn't being the one bowed to, he hated it and wanted nothing more than to destroy it.
Lucifer walked through the doors of the church and it almost pained him to do so. He could feel the holy spirit was alive and well here, it bored down on him like a thousand tons of pressure on his shoulders. It was nearly overwhelming in the sense, Lucifer was unsure of exactly how long he could take it before he just decided to send the place up in flames.
"May I help you, son?" A man of the cloth asked. The appearance of Lucifer suggested that he was a man in his thirties, possibly closing in on forty. The preacher was an older gentleman, but he had absolutely no idea how young he was when compared to the Devil that stood before him. Of course, the preacher had no way of knowing that Satan was indeed standing before him in the flesh, so Lucifer figured he could have some fun before tearing this House of God down to the ground.
"I think the question you should be asking yourself father is how can I help you," Lucifer said, running his fingers across the old oak church pews. Lucifer eyed the Preacher, he seemed to already be uncomfortable in his own skin as the Devil walked around in his church. Lucifer was positive that the man had no idea what was going on, but the Preacher was nonetheless a little concerned.
"What can I do for you, my son?" The Preacher asked. Lucifer just smiled, laughing at the man. How many times was he going to call Lucifer son?
"There you go, calling me son again," Lucifer said softly. "But I guess you can do something for me. You can tell me how you came to be a Man of the Lord . . . spreading the good word to masses."
The Preacher seemed to be a little more at ease when Lucifer asked him about how he gave himself to God. The Preacher smiled, "The Lord was always with me, from my birth. He has blessed me and my family in many, many different ways so I thought the least I could do was to spread his word."
"You and every other man of the cloth," Lucifer said off-handed. This wasn't the first time Lucifer went into a church the sole purpose of bringing it down. "But let me ask you another question father, how do you know that he even cares? Look at the world these days; children run the streets high on drugs, women sell their bodies for money and other prizes. Wars rage on with no meaning or sense, just one side trying to eradicate the other. Rapists, murders and the like walk free on the street without being brought to justice."
"The lord works in mysterious ways and everyone meets their makers. Although those that accept the Lord into their--"
"Let me stop you right there, father. Those who accept the Lord into their lives are lying to themselves. He doesn't care about this place anymore. You've disappointed him on many, many different occasions. Which is way I'm allowed to walk on earth," Lucifer was done toying with the father, he was just like the rest of them; blind. He was blind to the fact that the world was far from lost and all Lucifer had to do was take what was his, but he was going to have some fun before he did that.
"Excuse me?" The preacher asked, who was right back to that uncomfortable feeling that he was in before. If he was a smart man, he would be shitting himself scared right now because nothing good was going to happen.
"Oh, how rude of me . . . allow me to introduce myself; I'm the Devil. Satan. The Serpent. The Destroyer. The Great Dragon. Belial. Beezelbub. Or you can chose you call me what my angel brothers do, Lucifer," The Devil was smiling ear to ear as he watched The Preacher's fear continue to grow. "Don't worry, father . . . I'm sure they'll allow you into paradise . . . just tell them Lucy sent ya."
FIVE MINUETS LATER. . .
Lucifer stood outside the now ruined church. It was in ashes, the fire was quick and destructive. It didn't take long to burn the small church to it's foundation, destroying everything in it. Lucifer somewhat hoped that St. Peter would hold it against the preacher that the last face he saw was the face of the Devil.
Oh much fun he was having.

Ramiel
Where God has his church the Devil will have his chapel.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A burnt down church New Orleans, LA
Ramiel found himself deep in the south of the United States. Greensboro, Alabama at a place called the Pielab to be exact. He wore an elegant flashy three piece suit. The pants and jackets were a shiny silky black. His vest and tie were a majestic purple. A pair of black sunglasses covered his electric blue eyes. He sat alone in a corner booth eating him a piece of deep-dish apple pie. The crust of the pie was delicious especially mixed with the home made style filling of the apple pie. He could understand why it was rated in the top ten places to eat apple pie. The Archangel took great pleasure in the bakeries and candy stores on earth. The humans were ungrateful on how easy things were in the year 2012. They were flawed, but interesting creatures to watch. They almost had a shop for anything a human desires even if its sinful. Which will soon make his job of leading souls into Heaven obsolete. Though that didn't bother him one bit. It would give him plenty to do whatever he wanted and with no one believing in God. He would be able to be merciless. His wrath was compared to God, but it was locked away because of his mercy for mankind. Without the humans worshiping or believing in God, He would no longer care for the humans. After eating a couple more slices the sound of loud ticking echoed with in Ramiel's ears. Only he could hearing the ticking of the heavenly pocket watch. It indicated when he needed to show up to collect a soul for heaven. Majority of the time he knew the exact time when to collect a soul. Everything was scripted to follow a certain fate or destiny. However, There were certain occasion when an outside force could alter fate or destiny. Hell, If a humans will is strong enough they can truly control their own destiny. Ramiel extended his left hand picking up the deep-dish apple pie before disappearing in the blink of an eye. The sound of his wings rustle through the air inside of the restaurant. His wings stopped rustling when he came down in front of a burnt down church. There was nothing left of the place. He was actually grateful that he didn't have to dig through the destruction to gather the souls. Though the more interesting thing was the man outside of it. "Big brother Lu...I didn't know Father let you out of the cage. I thought you would be more destructive then burning down a little church in the south." He greeted his big brother with a big smile. Ramiel did always have an upbeat personality. In his left hand he balanced the deep-dish apple pie without dropping it. The smell of burning corpses and wood filled the area. Soft ringing began to fill the area around the church. The Archangel could sense five more angels descending down to help gather some of the souls Lucifer just laid to rest.The five angels landed in the grass. Three of them males and two of them females. Each of them wore elegant white robes with purple trimming. "Disappear!" Ramiel didn't even give them a second to fully glaze upon the extra figure with him. He quickly snapped his finger banishing all five angels back to heaven. He wasn't going to give Lucifer the chance to kill any angels in front of him. "So would you like a piece of pie because I take it you caused this destruction to summon me in your own little way?" He asked Lucifer with curiosity. He was always fond of his big brother. His personality was way different than that of his other brothers. Which made being around in his presence unpredictable. Though the only reason Ramiel didn't fall with Lucifer because he had a gut feeling his big brother wouldn't succeed the first time around. Michael was too fierce and loyal of Son to every betray father. Lucifer could have won if he struck down Michael first leaving no other Angels to oppose him.
Upon his destruction of the church and everything inside of it, Lucifer knew who would be coming soon. He would come down, to usher souls into the afterlife or where ever his little brother Ramiel took them too.
"Five . . . four . . . three . . . two . . . one . . ." Lucifer counted down the seconds and Ramiel appeared right on time; carrying a piece of pie with him. "Impressive little brother, I believe that is a new record for you," Lucifer said, that disturbing smile etched across his face.
"You didn't know father let me out of my cage?" Lucifer asked, almost chuckling at the thought. "But I suppose a better question to ask right now would be; where in the hell have you been? No pun intended," Lucifer looked towards his brother, slightly confused that Ramiel wasn't aware that his fallen brother had been walking on earth for over a hundred years.
"However, I guess they don't keep you in the loop much," Lucifer said as he took a seat on a bus stop bench. "You're just the collector of souls, that's all. You usher the few souls actually decent enough to live in paradise to their final destination. And apparently, our father didn't feel it . . . or maybe you . . . were important enough to know that I was paroled from that cage so many years ago."
Lucifer stopped for a moment, seeing a group of angels descend from the heavens. Lucifer smiled towards Ramiel, knowing that these five angels did not ever stand a chance against their big brother. Lucifer sat on the edge of the bench, waiting for one of them to try and be a hero. But before they were ever given a chance, Ramiel had sent them away as quickly as they had appeared. Ramiel also must have known that the five would quickly be struck down by Lucifer.
"Just like dear ol' dad . . . always ruining my good time," Lucifer said mockingly. Lucifer looked towards the pie as Ramiel offered him a piece. Lucifer held up his hand as he non-verbally turned Ramiel's offer down. Lucifer wasn't here for pie.
"Ramiel, you always did have a little bit of an arrogance in you. I mean, not more than myself but . . . you are a cocky little shit," Lucifer said with a smirk. "And yes, I may or may not have done what I did for you to lend me your ear. Was there a better way to go about it? Most certainly but that was fun," Lucifer said with an evil smile as me motioned towards the burnt down church.
"Ramiel, do you remember what God said after I was banished?" Lucifer asked. "Of course, I was not there so I may not have the entire story but I do believe that God said where I to walk the earth, it would end it. Did he not say that were I to lead my army onto this planet that no one could stop me? Not even his precious little Michael?"
Lucifer stood back up, now directly facing his little brother. Lucifer, however, was not looking to agitate his brother; his true intentions were far more sinister than that.
"Ramiel, isn't it true that you would have sided with me when I first attempted to challenge the throne? Or was that just juicy gossip among the heavenly water cooler?" Lucifer had caught wind of Ramiel possibly joining his cause against their father. Ramiel would have been a strong ally for his older brother. "Why didn't you join me? You would have been one of my strongest warriors . . . one of my best allies. And you still cold be," Lucifer said.
"Ramiel, there is a change in the wind. The time is coming when I finally decide that I've had enough with this world and that time is quickly approaching. I will take down this world that our father loves more than his actual children. And when I do . . . I will have more than enough souls to pump into my war machine that no one will stop me when I sit upon the throne. The last question I ask . . . will you join me now?"
